Entry Fee: $50 per team/Limit 40 teams
(ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 25th)
(Each team is guaranteed 2 matches)
Play begins at 11:00 AM
To Enter: Mail your team’s name (including team members’ names & emails)
with check for $50 made payable to: ARF
